If you are contacting us concerning any potential warranty concerns, be informed that Aurora Design covers parts under a one year warranty, which we facilitate by covering assembly and workmanship under one year for the same duration beginning from the date of return shipment. Any units returned under warranty with issues relating to these will be fully covered under this one year parts and labor warranty. The customer will be liable for an $80/hr diagnostic and bench repair fee for units having issues related to user-level settings and configuration, and not with defects in manufacture or assembly. In either circumstance the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
